Wildflowering by Design at Wondai
We are thrilled to be working with Wondai Regional Art Gallery Regional Gallery on hosting 'Wildflowering by Design' at Wondai Regional Art Gallery.
The exhibition will show throughout December 2023-January 2024.
In the lead up to the exhibition we hosted a workshop weekend on October 14-15. The exhibition curators and two of the artists visited the region to conduct some pre-exhibition workshops within the community. Workshops were led by Edith Rewa Renata Buziak & Sue Davis. The curators Dr Sue Davis & Dr Lisa Chandler also talked about ways that local artists and designers might have their work included in a section of the exhibition, scheduled for December 2023-January 2024.
These workshops were funded through an RAF quick response grant for which we are very grateful!
This was the first component of 'Wildflowering by Design' program and the exhibition.
A local artist component has been curated for the show and features work by:
Maureen Addenbrooke, Robyn Dower, Tess Elliott, Lyn Kenny and Wendy Olsen.
